"Assembly was okay, but not exactly a breeze"
I ordered the dog kennel from luckydogdirect.com, and putting it together was kind of a mixed experience. Some pieces lined up without much trouble, but a couple were frustrating (definitely had me double-checking if I missed something). The instructions could have been clearer, and the whole thing took longer than I expected. Once it was finally set up, it seemed sturdy enough, so I’m happy with it overall, but the assembly part wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be.

"Didn’t last long enough for me"
I was hoping this would hold up better for what I needed, but it fell apart way too fast. It felt cheap from the start, and I’m annoyed I spent my money on it. Definitely not worth it for me.

"Painfully slow support"
Customer service took forever to get back to me. They did eventually reply, but waiting around like that made the whole thing feel ridiculous. Not exactly the sharpest support experience.

It was fine overall, but for the price I thought it would be better?? The shipping ended up costing more than I expected, and the toy didn’t really last that long. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just not something I’d say was worth it for me

"I did get everything I ordered, so..."
I did get everything I ordered, so I’ll give them that. Nothing was missing and the actual order was right. But the packaging? Yeah, not great. The box showed up kind of crushed, and one of the items looked like it had just been bouncing around in there the whole trip. Like, come on, just add a little extra padding or pack it tighter. It wasn’t a disaster or anything, but it definitely could’ve been handled better.

"Shipping felt slow and communication was lacking"
My order ended up taking a lot longer than I expected, and the tracking info barely changed the whole time. I had to follow up with them twice just to get a clearer idea of what was going on. my gut feeling after this is that I wouldn’t rely on them if I needed something in a hurry
